From Neiman to Minebea Mitsumi to Valeo, the Europe Parts Division has a wealth of unique know-how, combining the expertise of the various companies that have shaped its history.

Abram Neiman establishes the NEIMAN patent company following the invention of the steering column lock.
The NEIMAN company sets up in Nevers, the Nivernais factory quickly becomes a reference in the automotive industry.
Valeo, which is gradually moving away from its non-automotive activities, launches its cabin safety activity and acquires the company NEIMAN.
U-Shin takes over the access mechanism part of the Valeo group.
U-Shin becomes part of the Japanese Minebea Mitsumi group and opens up new non-automotive markets.
Four U-Shin divisions were created, including the Parts Division Europe, based in Nevers.
